Commerce, utility and data are cornered. But your audience and ICP are not.
Okay, this is a crazy app I found, barely makes sense (They spend way too much time on the internet and maybe I do too for liking it), but I like how it’s exploring new metrics.
I’ve been designing conversational apps, such as an interface-free dating app that lives entirely in iMessage.
As I’m designing it I’m creating a Dialectic Modelling Language to make it easier to plan, edit and make sure I’m covering my bases. And as I do it, I see that it’s not about accomplishing something for the user, it’s about who they are becoming. And they seem to sit in these buckets (in the free world):
Single to Married
Lazy to Productive
Fat to Thin
Poor to Rich
Couples to Parents
